• I lost my phone Revoke the lost device, make sure nobody can use it, and decide whether your recovery phrase needs replacing. Ten minutes, in this order.
• I cannot sign in Wrong password, a locked login, an unverified email address, single sign-on trouble or a PIN that will not unlock. Find your case and the way back in.
• I have no device and no recovery phrase Every signed-in device is gone and the 24 words are nowhere to be found. What is still worth trying, what a reset means, and how to ask us for one.
